Armenia and separatists "legitimize" their alliance with terrorists

The separatist regime in the occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan has adopted a "bill" to form a "professional army", Report informs, referring to Aysor.

The "law" provides for the mercenaries to fight against Azerbaijan in the occupied territories.

The Armenian government and separatists use this "document" to acknowledge that terrorists and mercenaries are fighting in Karabakh. The separatist regime is trying to cover up their activities in this way.

The separatist regime in Nagorno-Karabakh is an illegal structure. Its move to create a "professional army" has no legal basis. Therefore, the illegitimate authorities in Karabakh has brought in more mercenaries from abroad under the guise of a "professional army" and plans to increase their number.
