Another artillery shell fired by enemy kills Tartar's resident

Armenian armed forces continue to shell the city of Tartar.

Residents of the region told Report's correspondent sent to the frontline.

At around 8:30 on October 1, two of the enemy's artillery shells hit the city center. As a result, one person died.
