"The village of Soltanli has a strategic location. The main roads and railway lines intersect here, and the Araz Valley Economic Zone industrial park is located near the village. I believe that the residents relocated here will contribute to the development of the village. In addition, the villages of Shukurbayli and Khorovlu are being built. Construction work has also launched in the village of Khudafarin," he added.
