Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ Speed limit in Heydar Aliyev Avenue-Airport and Zigh -Airport highways has been lowered by 20 km/h due to rainy weather, the chief of the Public Relations Department of the Baku City State Traffic Police Office (BCSTPO), Police Colonel Vagif Asadov told Report.
