Emin Huseynov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region (except for the Shusha district), has inspected the projects under construction and the reconstruction works in the city of Fuzuli, which was freed from occupation, Report informs.
