A ministerial meeting on green public transport will be held within the framework of COP29, which will take place in Baku in November this year, Azerbaijani Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev said on X, Report informs.
“In the margins of the visit to China, we met with Secretary General of the International Transport Forum (ITF) Young Tae Kim. We discussed Azerbaijan's presidency of the ITF for 2025-2026, priorities in this direction and cooperation with the organization. We exchanged views on the implementation of relevant work in connection with the ministerial meeting on green public transport to be held in our country within the framework of COP29,” Nabiyev said.
