Kazakhstan eyes increasing number of flights to Azerbaijan

The Kazakh authorities, amid the easing of quarantine measures introduced due to the COVID pandemic, have decided to resume air traffic and increase the number of flights with 16 countries, including Azerbaijan, according to the interdepartmental commission on combating coronavirus infection in Kazakhstan, Report informs referring to Kazakh media.

The corresponding list, in addition to Azerbaijan, also included the UAE, Russia, Uzbekistan, Germany, Maldives, Republic of Korea, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, China, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait.

In addition, the leadership of Kazakhstan is resuming a visa-free regime for entry into the country for citizens of 30 countries with a favorable epidemic situation and a high level of vaccination of the population.
