Drivers without immunity certificate, COVID-19 passport won't be allowed to work on passenger, cargo transportation

In line with Resolution No 229 of the Cabinet of Ministers, dated July 26, 2021, the requirement of a COVID-19 vaccination passport or immunity certificate covers cargo and passenger transportation, as well as taxi, said Nurida Allahyarova, chief of the State Automobile Transport Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.

Report informs that, according to her, the State Service has already notified all carrier companies to ensure the implementation of the resolution.

"From October 1, the drivers without immunity certificate or COVID-19 passport will not be allowed to work," she said.
