A digital cadastre platform consolidating all property data for Icherisheher in Baku, Azerbaijan, is being developed, Rufat Mahmud, Chairman of the Board of the Icherisheher State Historical-Architectural Reserve Administration, said during an event within the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku, Report informs.
Mahmud mentioned that the project is being implemented jointly with the Baku City Executive Power and the State Property Service under the Ministry of Economy.
"All property data related to Icherisheher will be collected in a single system. A large and unique digital platform is being created, and all information will be stored there. A joint management model is applied to the platform. The inventory of addresses in Icherisheher has already been completed, and now the digital inventory and passportization of historical monuments is underway," he said.
