One city and 10 villages should be built and commissioned in the Fuzuli district before the implementation of the 'I State Program on the Great Return' is completed, Bashir Hajiyev, the deputy special representative of the President in the liberated territories of the Karabakh economic region, said in the panel discussions on "The Great Return: new economic realities and changing demands of the labor market" organized within the framework of the conference "Development of vocational education in Azerbaijan for a strong economy: a vision of the future" held in Baku, Report informs.
"So far, a lot of work has been done in Fuzuli. Victory Road and the international airport were built. The construction of the Fuzuli-Hadrut road has been completed and handed over. Currently, the population is settled in the areas where the construction is completed," he added.
