Azerbaijan has created a modern transport infrastructure and, in the last ten years, has made great efforts to develop sustainable transport and transit corridors in the region, Minister of Emergency Situations, Kamaladdin Heydarov, said at the 8th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Poland in Baku.
According to him, Baku will host the 2nd meeting of the Azerbaijan-Poland Joint Working Group on transport and logistics, established in 2019, next month:
"We consider it important to continue joint measures in the direction of using the transit facilities of the two countries in international cargo transportation and organizing transportation along the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route."
