Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) has received an international certificate confirming its compliance with the international ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard.
According to Report, the certificate was presented by the certification organization TÜV Austria GMBH based on the results of an audit conducted to evaluate ADY's compliance with ISO 9001 standard requirements.
ISO standards are among the most widely used standards in the world. By obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate, ADY once again confirms its commitment to improving freight and passenger transportation services at a global level.
The ISO 9001 certificate increases Azerbaijan Railways' competitiveness and ensures stronger relationships with its customers and partners. At the same time, it strengthens the company's strategic development and increases customer satisfaction by improving service and product quality.
