The Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA) has unveiled a new project aimed at advancing digital transformation, innovative governance and public communication through modern technologies.
According to Report, which cites the State Agency, the organization's AI-powered digital avatar, Aysu, will provide the public with clearer and more timely information about ongoing projects, services, technological solutions and innovations.
Aysu will support ADSEA's communication of its services, projects and innovative initiatives through videos, posters, informational publications and other materials.
The digital avatar will cover topics including water resources management, drinking water supply, wastewater management, infrastructure projects, environmental sustainability, efficient water use and digital transformation.
At later stages, Aysu's AI-powered interactive communication and service capabilities will be expanded. The project will introduce solutions enabling AI to respond directly to requests for certain services, improve the processing of citizens' inquiries and reduce response times.
