Gold mining company in Azerbaijan once again increases its stake in Canadian company

The British company Anglo-Asian Mining Plc, which extracts gold, silver and copper in Azerbaijan, has once again increased its stake in the Canadian company Libero Copper & Gold Corporation, of which it is a shareholder, Report informs referring to Anglo-Asian Mining Plc.

The British company bought 3.2 million shares of Libero Copper for $355,000.

Thus, the share of Anglo-Asian Mining in the Canadian company increased to 19.8%, and the number of ordinary shares owned by the company reached 21.3 million.

Anglo Asian Mining CEO Reza Vaziri noted that this is the company’s second investment this year, and the fourth investment by Anglo-Asian Mining Plc in total to Libero Copper & Gold Corporation.
