Azerbaijan increases construction sand production by over 26%

In January-April 2025, 405,000 tons of construction sand were produced in Azerbaijan, 26.2% more than in the same period last year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

As of May 1, the country had 10,900 tons of finished product stocks.

In 2024, 1.4 million tons of construction sand were produced in Azerbaijan, 12.8% less than in 2023.
