Azerbaijan doubles cigarette production 

In January-July 2021, Azerbaijan produced 800,400 tons of fermented tobacco, down 71.3% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, the stock of finished products made up 1,198,100 tons.

During the seven months of 2021, Azerbaijan produced 7,982,200,000 cigarettes, 99.2% more than a year earlier. As of August 1, 2021, the stock of finished products stood at 884.9 million.
