ADY Express continues to transport polypropylene in export mode

ADY Express LLC, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, continues to export polypropylene products produced by SOCAR POLYMER LLC to Kazakhstan, ADY Express told Report.

The cargo transportation passes through Russia. The covered wagons provided by ADY Express are loaded at Sumgayit station and delivered by rail through Russia to Kazakhstan. Cargo transported along the Sumgayit-Yalama-Atyrau route covers a distance of 1,202 kilometers in six days. ADY Express carries out transportation along the way.

The indicated route proved effective during the test delivery of the first batch of goods in August 2020. Successful testing has ensured the sustainability of the project. ADY Express has already managed to supply 1,354 tons of polypropylene to Kazakhstan via this route. The project is ongoing.
