So far, 131 business entities with a combined investment volume of 7.18 billion manats ($4.2 billion) have been granted residency in industrial zones, of which 68 have commenced production activities, said Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov, Report informs.
"Over 6.56 billion manats ($3.9 billion) have already been invested in industrial zones, creating more than 10,600 permanent jobs. The next phase of existing projects aims to invest 616 million manats ($362.4 million) in industrial zones, with the goal of generating over 4,800 new job opportunities," Jabbarov tweeted.
