World champion auctions off personal items to help fight COVID-19

Israeli world champion judoka Sagi Muki is auctioning off personal items to raise funds for respirators for the hospital where he was born.

The equipment will go to the Laniado Medical Center in Netanya to treat COVID-19 patients; Report informs citing Inside the Games.

Items up for sale include personal training sessions lead by Muki, autographed photographs from the World Championships, and a private video thanking the donor.

The most expensive item on the list is a framed judo outfit worn by Muki at the 2019 World Championships in Tokyo, including the belt and personal dedication, which is on sale for approximately €48,400.

Muki won the men's 81-kilogram division at last year's World Judo Championships.
