Venues for the world boxing championships identified

Baku. 25 July. REPORT.AZ/ The venue identified to host 2019 and 2021 men's world boxing championships.

Report informs, relevant decision adopted at the meeting of the Executive Committee of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) in Moscow.

Russia was selected host country of the 2019 world championship. The competition will take place in Sochi. The 2021 championship will be held in Indian capital, Delhi.

This city will also host the women's 2018 World Cup, female athletes' race will be held in Trabzon, Turkey in 2019.

Notably, the 2017 mundial will be held in Hamburg, Germany on August 25 - September 3.
