The International Olympic Committee has revoked the accreditation of the two Belarusian coaches, Artur Shimak and Yury Maisevich, and booted them out of the Olympic Village on Friday over Belarusian sprinter Kristina Timanovskaya, Report informs.

"The coaches were requested to leave the Olympic Village immediately in the interest of the wellbeing of the athletes," the International Olympic Committee said in a statement.

"This was a dispute over the coaches forcing me to run a race I was not prepared for and which I had not trained for," she said in Russian.

Fearing arrest in his home country, the athlete called for help from Japanese police at the airport. Thus, the athlete, who did not return to Belarus, later obtained a humanitarian visa and flew to the Polish capital Warsaw.
