European judo championship: Rustam Orujov secures bronze

Azerbaijani judoka Rustam Orujov has won a bronze medal at the European Championship in Sofia, Bulgaria.

According to Report, he encountered 31-year-old athlete Adrian Sulka (Romania) in the 73-kilogram event. Orujov, who defeated his opponent, became the third in Europe.

This is Azerbaijan's first medal in the current continental championship.
