"A new era in the history of 'Tour d'Azerbaidjan' begins. The last time we held this race was five years ago. It is a big responsibility for us. I am very excited to join the race," the member of the jurors' panel Martin Bruin said at the press conference.
He said that he loves Azerbaijan, its people, and holding competitions here:
"It will be a tough fight. We will do our best to make this prestigious competition a great success together with Azerbaijani referees. A challenging race is expected on the second day. But everything will be great because great preparations have been made."
The international cycling tour will be organized on July 9-10.
