Azerbaijani female wrestler claims silver at U-17 European Championship

Azerbaijan's female wrestler Khadija Gurbanzada won a silver medal at the U-17 European Wrestling Championship held in Samokov, Bulgaria, Report informs.

Gurbanzada, competing in the 49 kg weight category, lost to Ukrainian Olena Koluba 0:10 in the final and took second place on the podium.

The continental championship will conclude on May 17.
