Azerbaijan claims another gold medal at Islamic Games

Azerbaijan won another gold medal at the 5th Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkiye, Report informs.

Kickboxer Farid Agamoghlanov (Full contact 63.5 kg) defeated all of his opponents and grabbed the gold medal of the Islamiada.

Jamal Mammadov (Full contact, 54 kg) claimed silver after losing his final bout.

Azerbaijan has increased the number of gold medals to 27.
