The Azerbaijan National Anti-Doping Agency (AMADA) represented Azerbaijan at the high-profile Data Analytics Workshop held on November 26-27, 2024, at Loughborough University London. This landmark event, jointly organized by UK Anti-Doping (UKAD) and Sport Integrity Australia in collaboration with AxiaOrigin, served as a gathering point for key players in the global anti-doping community. Among the attendees were representatives from 16 Anti-Doping Organizations (ADOs), the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organizations (iNADO), and the International Testing Agency (ITA), Report informs.
AMADA’s delegation, led by Deputy CEO Rufat Efendiyev and Lead Education Expert Gudrat Safarov, actively engaged in the workshop’s comprehensive discussions. Efendiyev made a significant impact during collaborative sessions, sharing his insights on AI governance frameworks, shared application models, and strategic data-driven solutions. Highlighting AMADA’s progressive initiatives, Safarov took the stage as a panelist in the “AI for ADOs” discussion.
