Baku. 16 October. REPORT.AZ/ Raids started in Sabail district in connection with the misappropriation of land and illegal constructions.Report was told by Executive Power of the district.
According to information, dissatisfaction with the misappropriation of land and illegal construction in Badamdar settlement and near the "Friendship Park" in the territory of Shihovo repeatedly expressed:
"On the basis of numerous complaints from residents of the area, we began raids against misappropriation and management of construction in these areas by a group of businessmen.
During the raids more than 40 facts of misappropriation were identified and fencing a plot of land on the territory of the new residential area in the village of Badamdar and the adjoining "Park of Friendship" and illegal construction of private homes by different persons.Construction work was suspended, fences around empty sections are removed, the area is cleared."
According to the executive power, on the basis of spot-checks collection of documents started, after which all the materials in respect of persons committed violations of the law will be sent to law enforcement agencies.
