Hazel, dry grass, bushes, and dried tree stumps were burnt on approximately 7 hectares. The densely forested area was protected from fire.

A fire broke out in the hilly terrain of the Shahdag National Park near Khanagah village, Ismayilli district, Report informs, citing the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).
The relevant forces of the MES State Fire Protection Service, as well as employees of the Forestry Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, were immediately involved in the scene.
