In conformity with the order of the President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev, work is underway to improve the combat training and social conditions of servicemen serving in the liberated territories, Report informs, citing the Defense Ministry.
On February 9, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov and the top brass of the ministry inspected a new military unit commissioned in the liberated territories.
The minister was reported that all the premises of the military unit were overhauled in accordance with modern requirements and provided with the necessary equipment and inventory. On the territory of the military unit, there is a headquarters building equipped with a heating system, a hostel, service and weapons rooms, a bathroom, a canteen, and a medical center.
