Baku police conduct raids

Police conducted raids on public transport and indoors in the capital as part of enhanced control and prevention measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, the press service of the Baku Main Police Department.

Service members of the police and the Internal troops held preventive talks with people who do not keep social distance and use personal protective equipment (masks). They also explained existing sanitary-epidemiological requirements.

Police officers warned that each citizen must strictly comply with sanitary and epidemiological rules and requirements to protect themselves, their relatives, and others, and call on others to follow instructions.

Administrative measures were taken against those who did not follow the guidelines for the coronavirus prevention, approved by the decision of Cabinet of Ministers.

Control and preventive measures are underway.
