Azerbaijani citizens tragically killed in Ukraine

Yesterday evening, 2 Azerbaijani civilians were killed as a result of sudden shelling by the Russian army in Klishchiivka settlement of Toretsk, Donetsk region of Ukraine.

According to the Eastern Europe Bureau of Report, the bodies of 60-year-old Aliyev Sadykh and his 31-year-old son Aliyev Javid, originally from the Masalli region of Azerbaijan, were killed by a shell.

A father and son, citizens of Azerbaijan, temporarily living in Pokrovsk, Donetsk region, went to Klishchiivka settlement of Toretsk to buy cattle (cows). While shopping in the pet owner's yard, the house was suddenly shelled by the Russian army. As a result, the owner of the house and the citizens of Azerbaijan died tragically.

After the incident, Azerbaijanis who followed them from nearby regions did not find their car and the money up to 40,000 hryvnias on them. After a search with the help of the local police, the car was found on the outskirts of the settlement. The corpses of Azerbaijani citizens are currently in the morgue in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.
