Another Azerbaijani citizen joins ISIS group

Baku. December 4. REPORT.AZ/ Another Azerbaijani citizen went to Syria to fight in ISIS's group. Report was told by the law enforcement.

The person who went to Syria is a resident of Oghuz region Vugar Hashimov. Before going to Syria, he was the owner of internet-club in the regional center of Oghuz.
