The Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, participated in the sealing of a postage stamp dedicated to the 100th anniversary of academician Zarifa Aliyeva, the minister said on Twitter, Report informs.

“We commemorated the memory of the outstanding scientist with deep respect, talked about her significant contributions to the development of healthcare,” he tweeted.
