In a number of districts of Azerbaijan, the interference of Iranian radio and TV stations in the air of Azerbaijan should be eliminated, MP Musa Gasimli said at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis, Report informs.
"After crossing the Kura River, Iranian television and radio stations enter our air.
"Besides, when I go to the border villages of Yardimli district, I get a message on my mobile phone saying welcome to Iran. This must be prevented unequivocally because it is against our national state interests and a threat to our information security," MP said.
Gasimli believes that the quality of the Internet should be ensured in remote mountain villages, and companies that cannot provide high-quality Internet in this area, but have licenses, should be shut down.
