Microsoft buys speech recognition software developer for nearly $20B

Microsoft Corp and Nuance Communications, Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement under which Microsoft will acquire Nuance for $56.00 per share, in an all-cash transaction valued at $19.7 billion, inclusive of Nuance’s net debt, Report informs referring to a press release on Microsoft website.
