The International Astronautical Federation (IAF) addressed the participants of the International Astronautical Congress (IAC2022) to be held next month in Paris, the capital of France, Report informs.
The Federation invited the participants to take part in the same event, which will be hosted by Azerbaijan next year.
“IAC2022 delegates, make sure to visit the Azercosmos1 stand H5 to learn more about what awaits you at the IAC2023 in Baku, get a glimpse (and a taste!) of charming Azerbaijan, and discover the centuries-long space legacy of the country!” the IAF wrote on Twitter.
Azerbaijan will host the 74th International Astronautical Congress in 2023. For the first time, such an event was held in Azerbaijan in 1972. In connection with the previous congress, the Organizing Committee was established on February 7 this year. The chairman of the committee is Prime Minister Ali Asadov, and the deputy is the minister of digital development and transport, Rashad Nabiyev.
