Ewald Reinhold: Frequent space flights create opportunities for new research

Astronauts, who have completed many space flights during their careers, should share their experiences and knowledge for the further development of this field, former astronaut, and professor at the University of Stuttgart Ewald Reinhold said at a meeting with astronauts within the 74th International Astronautical Congress in Baku, Report informs.

According to him, the greater the number of space flights, the more opportunities open up for new research.

"Today, some astronauts make suborbital flights. If we want to live in space, we must go into orbit. By conducting experiments in orbit, we can adapt to life in space," Reinhold said.
