Elon Musk to address International Astronautical Congress in Baku

American billionaire Elon Musk is expected to address the 74th International Astronautical Congress in Baku, former President of the International Astronautical Federation Jean-Yves Le Gall said in a meeting at the Azerbaijani Parliament today, Report informs.

According to him, Elon Musk is expected to join the congress online via live broadcast.
