Baku to host Space Generation Congress

For the first time, the Space Generation Congress forum will be held in Baku in September, said Nadir Atayev, head of the Electrical and Electronics Group of the Research and Development Center of the Azerbaijan Space Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, at the event themed "Women in space: challenges and opportunities" held at ADA University, Report informs.

He noted that the forum will be held on the eve of the 74th International Astronautical Congress: “More than 150 representatives from over 50 countries are expected to participate in the forum. Eight working groups on the primary issues of the space industry will operate within the framework of the forum. In addition, there will be 75 scholarships and awards from SGAC (The Space Generation Advisory Council).”
