The first preparatory consultation of the unique export-oriented incubation program was held as the initial stage of the cooperation between the High Technology Park (HTP) of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) and the Cappadocia Technopark within the framework of the document signed between the parks, Report informs, citing HTP.
HTP noted that in the context of the implementation of the "State Program for Socio-Economic Development of the Regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2019-2023", the relevance of the incubation program is of particular importance.
The purpose of the program is to form an innovative environment that meets local content and needs in the regions of Azerbaijan, to establish cooperation that supports the innovation environment and create new startups with the participation of regional universities - between scientific researchers, start-ups, investors and industrialists, to form university-industry cooperation and its self-sufficiency to achieve its development in a regulatory form, to support the introduction of newly created startups to Turkiye and other markets.
Training and mentoring, bootcamp, discussion, panel, conference, competition, incubation services and other methodologies are expected to be used within the program.
