The artificial intelligence strategy being prepared in Azerbaijan will shape the ways to develop this area, Elkhan Azizov, Chairman of the Board of AzIntelecom LLC, said on the second day of the INMerge Innovation Summit held in Baku, Report news agency informs.
Azizov noted that without a regulatory framework, the development of technology faces serious difficulties at certain stages: "Therefore, a regulatory framework that supports the development of technology is important. Also, the necessary infrastructure should be provided for the development of technology. Because without infrastructure, the application and use of new technologies becomes difficult."
Azizov added that this strategy is being prepared jointly with the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and other government agencies.
