Azerbaijan's advances in artificial intelligence were presented at the Innovation 2025 international conference held in London on March 24-26, Report informs, citing the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy.
Fariz Jafarov, Executive Director of 4SIM, spoke at the panel session titled "How can artificial intelligence contribute to increasing productivity?" and provided information about the artificial intelligence solutions being piloted by various institutions in his country and the relevant work being done by 4SIM.
Other speakers on the panel included renowned experts such as Ima Okonnie, Chief Data Officer of the Canadian Ministry of Employment and Social Development, Stephen Russell, Director of Data, Technology and Strategy of the Warwickshire Police Department in the UK, Merav Peretz Belinsky, Vice President of Data at the National Digital Agency of Israel, and Adrian Stalham, Chief Change Officer at Sullivan & Stanley.
Innovation 2025 is an annual international conference that brings together public sector leaders who are driving transformation initiatives. The conference is supported by the UK Government, the UK Civil Service and the Cabinet Office, and organised by the Global Government Forum. The conference included panel discussions, speeches, and B2B meetings on topics such as the application of fourth industrial revolution technologies in public services, increasing the digital skills of civil society, and the role of artificial intelligence in driving innovation and public service delivery.
