The number of specialists in the field of innovative solutions needs to be increased in Azerbaijan for the development of this sector, according to Inara Valiyeva, the head of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport.
Report informs that speaking at the Azerbaijan Microfinance Conference on "Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Microfinance" held in Baku, Valiyeva stated that certain works are being carried out for the formation of innovative solutions. "Currently, there are not enough specialists in this field. The existing specialists work in large banks and organizations and are satisfied with their salaries. Therefore, they do not want to leave their comfort zones."
Valiyeva emphasized that the agency's goal is to increase the number of specialists in this field.
