Azerbaijan, DCO discuss digital transformation and AI cooperation

Azerbaijan and the Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) have discussed opportunities to expand cooperation in digital transformation, artificial intelligence, innovation, cybersecurity and digital skills development, Report informs.

The issues were discussed during a meeting between Azerbaijan's Minister of Digital Development and Transport Rashad Nabiyev and DCO Secretary-General Deemah Al Yahya.

The Azerbaijani minister said on X that the sides exchanged views on opportunities to promote Azerbaijani digital solutions in international markets, develop the country's startup ecosystem, digitalize transport and strengthen regional connectivity.

Nabiyev also noted that, as part of Azerbaijan's membership in the DCO, the country had signed the organization's charter and submitted it to the DCO.

The discussions focused on expanding joint initiatives and strengthening cooperation in key areas of the digital economy.
