82% of participants complete initial stage of cyber hygiene project

A total of 4,000 employees of state authorities participated in the cyber hygiene project implemented in Azerbaijan, and 82% of them completed the initial stage, Tural Mammadov, Chief Information Security Officer at Special Communication and Information Security State Sevice of Azerbaijan, said at the International Cyber-Security Conference held in Baku.

"Several risk levels have been determined in this area. The development trend is 4% at the Low-risk level, 42% at the Medium risk level, 60% at the Risky level, and 100% at the High-risk level. The institutions that have successfully developed within the framework of this project are the executive authorities of Zardab, Yardimli, Ujar, Agstafa, Guba, and other regions, as well as the ministries, including the Ministry of Emergency Situations," he said.
