Next year, about 6,000 people are expected to arrive in Azerbaijan to participate in the International Astronautical Congress, which will be held in Baku on October 2-6, the Chairman of the Board of the Space Agency (Azercosmos) under the Azerbaijani Digital Development and Transport Ministry Samaddin Asadov said, Report informs.
“More than 200 events are planned to be held within five days of the congress. No other international event in our country has been attended by so many people, except for sports. The last day of the congress will be an open day for the public. The event has an official website, and those interested will be allowed to participate after registration,” Samaddin Asadov noted.
