"Oily fish helps to improve the overall tone and increase the concentration of iodine. Seaweed is also useful because it contains the full range of vitamins that enhance the function of the adrenal glands, which has a good effect on the production of adrenaline and norepinephrine.

"You can also eat nuts, walnuts, and pistachios. It is enough to consume 50 grams a day to perfect the mood," she said.
