"The World Health Organization (WHO) has provided some recommendations. The organization believes that the countries will not need serious closures," Yagut Garayeva, head of the Disease Prevention and Control Department of the Medical Territorial Units Management Unit (MEDU), told at a briefing of the Cabinet of Ministers, Report says.
"We neither want to apply lockdown nor tighten quarantine. Our state intends to return to normal life gradually under the adopted rules. The WHO'S recommendations are also in this direction. We are trying to ease the quarantine regime gradually."
