TABIB says COVID-19 patients treated incorrectly in some cases

Azerbaijani Management Union of Medical Territorial Units has addressed the medical staff working with COVID-19 patients and people infected with this infection.

Report informs that the message reads:

"Recently, we have been observing COVID-19 patients misdiagnosed and treated incorrectly by individuals. Such treatments that aggravate the patient's condition are unacceptable. As you know, treatment protocols for coronavirus-related medical staff have been developed in many countries based on the World Health Organization recommendations and reliable scientific sources. TABIB has also compiled such protocols from the first days of the disease, sent them to inpatient facilities, and updated them from time to time. However, because recently, some specialists are engaged in the treatment of coronavirus at the individual request of citizens, we recommend that both doctors and the public familiarize themselves with the treatment protocols and use approved methods."
