Shahmar Movsumov shares photo of his COVID-19 passport

Shahmar Movsumov, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of Economic Affairs and Innovative Development Policy of the Presidential Administration, shared a photo of the vaccine certificate, one of the COVID-19 passports, on his Twitter page.

"Vaccination is the only way to overcome the pandemic and return to normal life as soon as possible!" he wrote.

The COVID-19 passport consists of two certificates. The first certificate is a vaccination certificate. The second certificate is the immunity certificate and also applies to sick and healed people. State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance has announced the rules to get COVID-19 passports.

At the briefing of the Task Force, it was noted that sports and health centers will be required to have a vaccination or immunity certificate to reduce the risk of infection. He said that these certificates may also be required for concert halls, theaters, cinemas, and party halls.
